— Change History —

  • Oc/15/13: [Fixed] All sequence files have been added and can be downloaded. There was also changes related to Perl security, which prevented running the script. This was fixed.
  • Oc/14/13: [Fixed] Due to the PHP update, which changed the directory ownership, result tables could not be shown. This has been corrected.
  • Oc/13/13: [Update] Genomic data have been updated and more genomes were added.
  • April/09: [Update] Many more genomes were added. All classification results were redone. Now proteins longer than or equal to 35 amino acids are included. Shorter proteins and those with more than 30% of Xs are excluded from the analysis.
  • Nov/28/08: [Update] Summary Statistics Pages have been added/updated.
  • Nov/13/08: [Fixed] E-value thresholds used for SAM1 and SAM2 were incorrectly obtained. The correct values (E=4.23 for SAM1 and E=6.52 for SAM2) are now used for these classification.
  • Mar/15/08: [Update] Phobius and GPCRHMM were added to the analysis. For SAM analysis, different thresholds are used: E=0.05 (SAM), E=2.28 (SAM1), and E=3.63 (SAM2). All genome data have been updated including these new methods. See "Methods" for more information on these methods.
  • Mar/01/08: [Update] The number of genomes is now 44 (including 2004 and 2007 versions of Arabidopsis genomes).
  • Dec/23/07: [Update] Batch mode is now available. All batch jobs are submitted to another machine indenpendent from the web server, so the job can be done much faster.
  • Dec/20/07: [Update] 40 complete genome sequences were pre-analyzed and now available from the new home page. The original Arabidopsis 7TMR Mining page is still available independently. All analyses were done using newer models. They were trained with larger datasets (1015+1015).
  • Dec/23/06: [Fixed] For user submitted data, the classification results by hmmscore/SAM were listed incorrrectly. They were sorted based on the e-values rather than the given entry order. The Arabidopsis genome pages were not affected by this problem.
