To start analyzing protein sequences, choose one from the following options: Individual Analysis: does classification of protein sequneces using multiple classifiers individually. Hierarchical Analysis: does classification of protein sequences using multiple classifiers in hierarchical orders. Show All Classification Results: shows the entire classification results in a table format at once. Submit genome sequence IDs: shows the classification results for a set of selected sequences. The ID list can be pasted in the text field separated by a space or a line-breaks. Or a file including the ID list can be uploaded. The ID list should contain one ID per line. From each line, the first word (up to the first space) is taken as the ID, and the rest in the line will be ignored. The search is case insensitive, and partial ID can be used.
