Microarray Analysis

DNA microarray has revolutionized biology and medical research. Now
researchers can monitor the whole genome on a single chip and gain a better
picture of interactions among thousands of genes simultaneously. On the
other hand, a number of issues and challenges come with this high
throughput technology. We will show how to apply and appreciate statistical
approaches to determine which changes are relevant to the real biological
process. Popular microarry databases and analysis tools will be introduced
as well.
